Summary of our blog... :-)

In Malaysia or we can say in the entire world, the crime is increasing day by day, month by month and year by year.. various types of crime happened around us like has been discussed in our entrie before such as murder, rape, theft of electrical cable, throw away the baby, snatch thief, crime because of social web, drug addiction and so forth. From the crimes that had been discussed, it seems like the factors that cause the crime are almost the same. They did all the crimes like they cannot even think about the impact of what they have done to themselves, to the victims, families, citizens and to their country. This crime must be stopped before it is getting worst and worst. For this last entrie, we would like to share our feelings about writing this blog with you all. It is such a great experience because we can express about our feelings, our opinions and so on through this blog. Actually, writing a blog is not difficult as we thought before. It is very simple. All we need is just the idea of what we want to share with all the readers.

Say No To Drug !!!

Most of drug addictions is due to the influence of friends...it is also because of the family problems that they have..When they do not get enough attention, enough love from their parents, they will start to find something that can make them forget about all the problems that they have. One of them is by taking drugs. So, the parents are responsible to make sure that their children are not involved in this kind of crime. They must know every single movement of their children.

Nowadays, we can see a lot of cases of throw away the baby in newspapers. Just look at the pictures above. It seems like the persons that involved in this crime are not humans anymore. They should responsible for what they have done. The babies are not guilty. They should not be punished like this for their parents' sins. We do not have right to take their life just like that. What kind of parents are they? Are they animals who do not have brains or even worst than that?

Theft of electrical cabel...

Desperate to get money cause some drug addicts or other kind of peoples are willing to migrate so far over 500 kilometers of rural areas solely to involve as iron or copper thieves in the city. Iron or copper thieves right here means people who are stealing metal drain covers, electrical cable equipments from the project sites for construction or the cables that are being operated. To anyone who ever try to think about stealing cable, we suggest that it is better for you to see these first.

Please do not involve in this kind of crime if you do not want your life to end like this!

Violence of Rape...

Rape is the crime of forcing someone to have sex especially by using violence!
Rape cases in our country has doubled from 1,210 cases in Year 2000 to 2,435 cases in Year 2006.According to this statistic, it seems like this case keep continuing happened and increased from year to year. If this thing keep happening, what will happen to our country? What will happen to the future of our next generation? do you ever think whose fault is this? Is it the rapist's fault or is it the victims? A lot of cases that we can take as examples but we would like to share with you about these two tragic cases that happened in Klang and Kuala Lumpur. In Klang, a computer tecnician, Noor Suzaily Mukhtar, 24 was raped, sodomied and murdered in an express bus by the bus driver before she was left at the construction site in Taman Bukit Tinggi, Klang. The other case involved 8 years old child, Nurin Jazlin Jazimin that was kidnapped, raped and murdered in a very tragic way that we can never imagine. Her vagina was corked with a cucumber and brinjal. Can you imagine how was the condition of her corpse? What kind of human are they? This thing can happen anytime, anywhere and to anyone. It looks like there is nobody that we can trust even our own family because there were a thousand cases where a father raped his own child. So, let us think about it for a while.

Murder!

What is murder? Murder is the offence of killing a human being with malice prepense or aforethought, expressed or implied, intentional and unlawful homicide. There are a lot of crime cases that occured in our country, Malaysia. If we want to list out all the cases, for sure we do not have enough time to talk about it. Nowadays, it seems like it is easier to kill someone because we can read about the crime cases everyday in newspapers. It can happen anywhere, anytime and to anyone. If we look through all the cases that happened nowadays, it looks like the murderers or synonym as the killers do not have any feelings like the normal human beings should have. Have you ever think about how did they do that? What kind of people are they? Do any of these questions ever crossed in your mind? Right here, in this blog, we have an example of a very tragic murder case that just occured in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.

The tragedy occurred on 11st November 2008 which is almost past two years. It happened at Petronas Gunung Lang, Jalan Kuala Kangsar at 6.45a.m. A male worker, Mohd Khairudin Bin Mohd Isa, 42 was murdered in a very tragic way by four Indians. The motive of the murder involved the intention of robbery. Before the incident occurred, the murderers also the robbers have done a robbery at 7-Eleven in Bercham, Perak but unfortunately, they only got RM15.00. So, they do not satisfy with what they have got and after that they planned to do the same thing at the other place which is Petronas. By looking at the condition of the corpse, he was slashed by a very sharp weapon. The condition of the corpse can be clearly seen below. For those who cannot see blood, better for you not to see it. Do you dare?

Malaysia:Crime Statistics 1980-2007

How bad is the crime rate in Malaysia? The government recently released the official crime figures for 2007 and there appeared to be contracting reports from the local media.

The Star on 10 January 2008 reported (by Lourdes Charles) that the crime index increased by 7% last year but the number of violent crimes, especially armed robberies and robberies without firearms, dropped significantly.

The NST reported that Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said the number of serious crimes increased by 13.36 per cent nationwide last year, with gang robbery without the use of firearms rising by more than 159 per cent.

Such contradicting reports leaves us wondering which report is more accurate. Logically, we could conclude that the NST report is more accurate as it is very unlikely that a certain type of crime could dropped significantly when the overall index is up.

However both English dailies failed to elaborate on the seriousness of the situation? There weren’t any comparison with previous statistics. How many men in the street would bother looking up the previous year’s figures?

Mr. Lim Kit Siang tried to show in his blog that the crime rate has shot up 45% since 2003 comparing the 2003 statistics of 156,315 cases with the 224,298 cases in 2007. The purpose of his comparison is merely to discredit Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. Mr. Lim failed to give the full picture where the sharpest increases happened during the last 2 years. It was also important to note that we experienced similar sharp increases in 1996 and 1997.

I think a more accurate picture of the overall situation is Malaysia is to go back to 1991 where the crime index was below 70,000 cases. ACP Amar Singh Sidhu’s paper on the rate of crime which was published in the Journal of the Kuala Lumpur Royal Malaysia Police College, No 2, 2005 gives us a clearer picture of the historical year to year increase in the crime rate. From his paper, we could conclude that the crime rate in Malaysia has worsen more than 300% since 1991.

The following graph which has been would give a better picture of the rising crime rate in Malaysia.
